Prepared breakfast for guest by preparing mixtures of muffins, baked in oven, cook eggs, pre-cooked hash-browns, bagels and waffles. Make coffee, tea, juice and milk. Prepare breakfast area before and after breakfast by sanitizing the tables and chairs.

Open doors at the precise time of 6 am for guests. Clean pots and pans, put dirty dishes into dishwasher and put away cleaned dishes. Put away all foods when breakfast is finished serving. Wipe with a clean rag all condiments and put away into fridge.

Sanitize counters, clean fridge inside and out, clean oven and range. Cover all left overs tightly and stored away in fridge. Prepare for next morning
