Danielle Zinniger

3rd year Creative Industries student with 7+ years of professional experience in customer relations.

I have over 7 years of professional experience, including my most recent position as a Content Creator and Merchandiser for a vintage clothing boutique. In this role, I was responsible for producing over 30 videos for social media and personally sourcing over $3,000 worth of product stock. My previous experience as a host and reservations manager further strengthened my organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, as recognized by previous employers.

I am currently pursuing a B.A. degree in the Creative Industries program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), with a specialization in graphic communications and human-scale design. Throughout my studies, I have developed expertise in project management, copywriting, report writing, and marketing strategy, among other related areas. I’m also well-adept with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Adobe Creative software. My proficiency in business French was also recognized when I was honored with the Camden French-Language Marketing Award this past year.
