Managing Partner (Contract) at All Peace Transport & Complete Repair Service Ltd. (2025-08 – Present)

• Directed daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and customer service functions.
• Lead operational restructuring and business optimization across transport and repair divisions.
• Implemented streamlined processes, organizational improvements, and strategic growth initiatives

Branch Manager at Rentco Equipment Ltd. & Peace Country Honda (2020-12 – 2025-07)

• Directed full branch operations including asset management, field sales planning, purchasing, public relations, and staffing for a 15-person team.
• Expanded the workforce from 11 to 15 employees, adding a field service truck and hiring two mechanics, one outside salesperson, one inside salesperson, and one parts specialist.
• Increased annual sales by 20% through improved field support, faster service response, and stronger customer coverage.
• Oversaw the service centre supporting Bobcat of the Peace, Honda, and Husqvarna Power Equipment.
• Led a full facility renovation while maintaining strong performance and achieving record sales.

General (Area) Manager - Peace Region at Applied Industrial Technologies (2017-02 – 2020-11)

• Managed budgets, sales planning, staffing, and operational oversight for two branches.

• Managed all company assets north of Edmonton, covering five shops and hundreds of equipment units.
• Directed major purchasing, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination; completed special projects for the VP of Operations.

Branch Manager at Apex Distribution Inc. (2008-05 – 2014-03)

• Opened and built a greenfield branch as manager and shareholder.
• Grew the team to seven employees and surpassed $1M in monthly sales by 2011.
• Exited following acquisition and industry downturn to pursue new opportunities.

Branch Manager at CE Franklin Ltd. (1996-01 – 2008-04)

• Promoted to Branch Manager after starting as a pump-shop technician trainee.
• Increased Rainbow Lake revenue from $1.2M/year to $1M/month by 2001.
• Grew Grande Prairie annual sales from $9M to $30M between 2001 and 2005.
• Oversaw the startup and first full year of the Grande Cache location.
• Transferred to Edson as part of a succession plan for Regional Manager.
