Software Development & Project Work: I worked on a mobile app development project for the Durham Workforce Authority (DWA) through Holpen Tech, where I led feasibility studies, conducted requirements analysis, and developed use case models. I contributed to building a job-search app with features such as job maps, profile and resume creation, automated job board scraping, career analysis tools, and transit route display, applying the full software development lifecycle.
Retail Experience: I worked as a store associate at Hart Stores, where I assisted in monitoring sales data and trends to optimize product placement and identify potential sales opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making. Effectively prioritized daily tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing customer service, inventory organization, and administrative duties.
