I have 16 years of banking experience with a further 10 years in retail management. My most recent role involved hiring, training, and developing a team of 10 Mortgage specialists and 10 Branch Managers with a weekly drawdown target of 12 million. I have an extensive experience in management, operations, and compliance, as well as strong leadership skills and a history of relationship-building and management.
