- I went from a temp to permanent forklift operator.
- Unload trucks, stack pallets on each other in bays.
- Stage and fix pallets to be shipped to customer.
- Receive returning mixed stacks of pallets/ tier sheets/ and top frames from the brewery. Organize and sort to ship back to customers.
- Run the warehouse alone on weekends as "skeleton crew"

- Clean the warehouse with mops and brooms, clean the bathrooms
- I was promoted to inventory clerk
- Communicate through calls or emails to the customer, suppliers, or the carriers
- Do weekly and monthly billing
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Do cycle counts of inventory
- Assist writing SOP's and memos
- Prepare the weekly pulling orders/ forecast the customers needs following FIFO/FEFO
- Member of the safety committee.
- Work closely with customer plants to keep track and find any discrepancies in inventory or defects with products
- Lead the team if the warehouse lead was out,
- assisting management run the warehouse,
- Schedule additional warehouse services like pest control or other vendors according to the manager.
- Do monthly food grade audit inspections to ensure the warehouse continuous compliance with safety and health codes.
