Experience across business domains for financial services, financial campaign marketing, oil & gas exploration (domestic/foreign), aerospace manufacturing, pharma marketing research, healthcare payer, electric utilities, technology forecasting & demand, logistics, municipal and government affairs.
• 20+ years creating contextual, conceptual, logical and physical data models supporting relational and business dimensional modeling requirements. Working knowledge of CIF, Bus and Data Vault architectures. Experienced gathering data requirements and performing data analysis including data quality assessments, data flow diagramming, business process modeling, fact-qualifier analysis and source-to-target mapping and developing complex SQL. Act as mentor to development and business teams. Good knowledge of metadata practices and enterprise architecture.
• 20+ years designing solutions for data warehouses and business intelligence solutions, including designs for hub-and-spoke architectures, data marts, active data stores, variety of data integration designs for analytics and reporting. Worked on many data conversion and data migration projects. Experienced designing high-performance solutions deployed to SMP, MPP and clustered environments using Oracle and Teradata platforms.
