As a fourth-year Psychology student at the University of British Columbia, my passion lies in understanding human behavior and its influence on organizational success. I am also intrigued by the world of marketing and its ability to influence consumer behavior. My interest in Human Resources stems from the understanding that a company's greatest asset is its people, and I am eager to learn how to create a positive work environment that fosters employee growth and development. I believe that my strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with my enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, make me a valuable asset to any team.

• Conduct literature reviews and assist with data collection and analysis for studies on group and individual cognitive behavioural therapy in treating generalized anxiety. 
• Organize and maintain research data, including participant files and study materials
• Collaborate with research team members to design and implement studies
• Present research findings at lab meetings and created a formal report 

• Assisted with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and answering phone calls
• Managed databases and spreadsheets for tracking client information and payment records
• Coordinated events and meetings, including setting up conference rooms
• Maintained office supplies and equipment and ordered new items when necessary
