Davinder Sandhu

I’m a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator with over one year of experience working in licensed childcare settings. I specialize in creating inclusive, nurturing environments that support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. I’m passionate about helping young learners build confidence through play, exploration, and creativity. I enjoy working closely with families and teams to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.

I am a dedicated and responsible individual with experience in both customer service and early childhood education. I have worked at a gas station, where I developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. I also have hands-on experience working in two licensed daycares, supporting children's learning, safety, and well-being. I enjoy helping others, working as part of a team, and contributing to positive, caring environments.

I have completed both the Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) certification and the full Early Childhood Educator (ECE) program. This education has provided me with a strong foundation in child development, guiding children’s behavior, and creating inclusive, play-based learning environments. I am committed to supporting the growth and well-being of young children through developmentally appropriate practices.
