I am a recent psychology graduate looking to transition into customer service.
Across several research assistant positions during university, I frequently practiced how to skillfully approach and cooperate with a diverse group of people, ranging from young adults to seniors.
From my several internship experiences, I grew more interest in interacting with people in the commercial field than in hospitals or labs. Therefore, upon graduation, I started taking customer service and marketing courses at the University of Waterloo as well as the University of Toronto.
