My name is Deeksha kapoor. I have an experience of around 7yrs. as service relationship manager at State Bank of India, the largest public sector bank in india. I have been associated with SBI in various capacities, the last one being Service relationship manager. I have a good telephonic and other operational skills and have also worked in Administration department. I’m a fluent communicator with a go getter attitude and looking for an opportunity to enhance my skills.

As a representative , my role was responsible for client servicing, maintaining relationships with existing clients related to investors/bankers. Solved all their queries.Handled all day to day operation activities, taking care of financial and non financial transactions.
