Deepika Venkatesan

Hello! My name is Deepika Venkatesan and I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for continuous improvement and change management. I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management at Algoma University in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

With a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University, I have developed strong technical and problem-solving skills, which I have applied in my previous work experiences. As a Production Associate at Goodwill Industries, I inspected and sorted donated items according to Goodwill's rotation system, produced textiles items according to their minimum standards, and helped to ensure that high-quality items were sold in their stores. As a Retail Sales Associate at Dollar Tree, I provided excellent customer service, merchandised products throughout the store, and operated the cash register.

I possess a variety of skills that I believe make me an ideal candidate for any role. I am adaptable, possess strong time management and collaboration skills, and I am a proven problem solver and leader. Additionally, I possess autonomy, dynamism, technical spirit, initiative, and project management skills, which make me an excellent fit for roles requiring independent work, innovation, and effective management of complex projects.

I am also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

I hold several certifications, including JIRA from Atlassian, Power BI from NIIT, and Agile Project Management from PMI. These certifications have helped me to further develop my skills and knowledge in project management and data analysis.
