I worked as a chef for 27+ years.

I worked at Tutto Bene Osteria as a chef for 27+ years, serving the public. I trained new staff members, ordered inventory from suppliers and was responsible for maintaining a well-organized and functioning kitchen.

I am now working in the field of construction work part-time.
