I am presently retired, I worked at Northern Lights Casino as a cashier and Cage Supervisor for over 23 years. I am getting bored at home, I am still agile and also very dependable. I worked with cash daily and had to balance after every shift.
March 1996 - August 2019 Cashier and Cage Supervisor. I worked shift work - days, swing and graveyard shifts.
I will just list some of the duties: supervised cashiers and drop team members, verifed their paperwork and cash drawers, verified the cash from all the different drops, verified their time cards, covered any open shifts, wrote Jackpot cheques, emptied and filled ATM and Video Redemption Terminals, made schedules until they hired an assistant Cage Manager, covered Cage Manager when she was on holidays, entered daily shift reports after every shift, had to balance with the vault after every shift, sat in on any disiplines, helped other supervisors with quarterly and yearly evaluations. I also took a lot of different training thatv was required.
