Along with most of the responsibilities listed below as National Sales Manager, my duties also included the following:
- Supervised and instructed all administration staff.
- Handled all dealer inquires for existing and potential new dealers.
- Organized and scheduled shop production.
- Designed and created 500 page catalogue
- Collaborated with business team on new lines and phasing out less popular lines.
- Managed price increases.
- Reviewed and decided on annual sales budgets.
- Oversaw logistics coordination.
- Participate in strategic decision making for direction and future of company.
