- Coordinated the growing of yield trial plots for Corn, Soybeans and Wheat in North East ND and North West MN
- Collaborated with sales team members to gain insight for possible cooperators before reaching out to them to help foster a more well-rounded relationship with them as customers and growers
- Worked with cooperators to find the most uniform fields possible for testing and placed our plot within the field to both maximize uniformity and minimize disruption to the cooperators
- Aided the Glyndon Research Station in planting of yield trial plots across all crops and geography they cover
- Assisted planting using Monsanto Cassette Planters with precision planting
- Coordinated fertilizer and pesticide applications with both commercial applicators and my cooperators
- Coordinated with my cooperators that applied pesticides as well as contract applicators
- Utilized the Field Guide Application as well as One Call Application to post all applications and prevent any REI violations
- Lead note taking for all fields in my area from stand counts, both manual and aerial, to pollination notes to plant and ear height etc.
- Assisted the wheat harvest lead from Glyndon and cooperators in planning and execution of harvesting wheat plots
- Aided Glyndon in soybean harvest, running an Almaco 90, and coordinated harvesting of all my soybean and corn plots with the Glyndon harvest lead and with my cooperators for transportation of grain to elevators

Syngenta Seeds Research Associate 1 at Syngenta Seeds (2012-05 – 2016-03)
Aided the Sutherland Testing Station in conducting water optimization trials.
- Lead a crew of about 6 in taking of all field notes & promptly uploaded those notes into the database
- Made irrigation decisions for our fields based off of in field moisture sensors as well as visual study of the crop
- Lead maintenance of all of our equipment for the last 3 years, including troubleshooting and repair and maintenance on: John Deere 9410 plot combine and Harvest Master Grain Gauge, SRES 4 Row and 8 Row Plot Planters, and Leica Autosteer GPS system
- Calibrated all machines before use each year and worked with tech support to troubleshoot any problems we had in season; ordered the needed parts for repair and installed them
- Assembled and installed Adcon weather stations at all locations and performed general maintenance and trouble shot any problems that occurred with them
- Met with cooperators after harvest to discuss yield compensation of the limited irrigation portion of the fields and plans for the upcoming year
- Aided in the hybrid selection for fill seed at all locations as well as check hybrids for the pH trial across maturities and susceptibilities
- Sutherland Site Safety Manager, performing all required duties to maintain a safe environment and a positive and cognizant safety attitude
- Mapped all fields, making contacts with cooperators for planting dates, fertilizer and herbicide applications and leading the planting crew at all locations assigned to USSS and other stations if needed
