During my education of bachelor's degree, I was working as a receptionist at GTPL cable operator office. Where I have to deal with customers inquiring, issues, payments and maintain database for the customer service. After that I got a job in reliance digital, as a customer service representative. I was responsible for customer communications, dealing and payment options. It was really nice experience and I would like to extend it internationally.
I have completed bachelor's of science, specializing in microbiology and currently I'm enrolled in biotechnology FastTrack advanced diploma program.
