I am a skilled Software QA Analyst with over 5 years of experience in software testing for Client-server and Web-base applications.

I have a strong understanding of software development and software testing life cycles in Agile environments. Worked on multiple projects such as Financial, CRM, and Cyber Security systems.

As QA Analyst I was Responsible for the entire QA testing lifecycle from designing test plans, executing test cases, to tracking defects and bug verification.

I was planning and executing various types of tests such as Smoke, Functional, Regression, Acceptance, E&E, and Integration Testing.

Worked closely with the automation team, and developed automation test scripts for UI, and API testing by using Cypress, the Postmen tool for better regression coverage. Made simple changes to the automated test cases.

Worked with management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Zephyr, and Test Rails to log bugs and test results.

I have Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write simple to medium-complexity Queries.

Familiarity with programming languages: Java, nodeJS, Typescript, JS, HTML, XML, and Automation tools such as Cypress, Postmen

I regularly participated in daily stand-ups, and sprint planning meetings to discuss updates, issues, and fixes for the current sprint

Experience

For the past five years, I have been working as a software QA analyst and engineer for two different companies.

At Savvyy

Technologies, I tested mortgage lending software for functional, regression, integration, UAT, E&E, API, and UI aspects. I also created test documentation, reported defects using Jira, and collaborated with the automation team and other agile team members. At Cyber 2.0, I tested cyber security systems for desktop and web applications.

I checked the system’s compatibility, performance, and data validation using SQL. I also created and executed manual test cases for various types of testing and prepared defect summary reports.
