Maintained and was responsible for the safety on all jobsites in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon and NWT. Extensive experience on Industrial, Commercial, Pipeline, Mining, Major Plants and shutdown job sites. Responsible for Safety Leads and Advisors on various jobsites.

Close working relationships with Owner/Client representatives in regard to all site requirements. Excellent and extensive WCB claims management, manage all WCB claims, cost relief, and appeals. Maintained and implemented all drug and alcohol testing protocols.

Conducted site audits, inspections, tours, coaching and mentoring Safety Advisors, Supervisors, and Managers. COR Auditor for, AB, SK, BC and Manitoba. Maintained ISN, Comply works, Avetta, Cognibox updates, and assignments.

Reviews and updates all policies, practices, procedures, HSE Manual, and forms. Implement new processes. Provide all training needs including conducting fit testing, and orientations, toolbox meetings, and safety meetings.

Manage all PPE requirements. Review and presenting of Management KPI's for meetings. Presented statistical reporting to VP and Senior Management. Representative for all client meetings.
