Matching freight bills to BOL's and so much more.

This job came with a lot of customer relation skills. I was the main contact for billing and handling o/s accounts. I had to process payments and returns on customer accounts. I also did the bank reconciliation for this company as well. There were monthly reports that needed to be generated. I did a lot of cleaning up accounts. We also had large jobs to which I was responsible for progress billing and keeping track of. Filling out hold back release forms and applying payments to those accounts.
