Dina Abdelmagid

New graduate with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering which added to my theoretical base as well as my practical experience gained from several internships in the oil and gas industry in various segments at Schlumberger in addition to on-site work experience in a central wastewater treatment plant by working as a junior maintenance engineer at Degrémont (Suez Environnement). Have acquired a solid knowledge in the field of business development within the international construction company Archirodon Co Ltd.

Business Development Officer 

• Effectively manage calls and meetings with clients to seek new opportunities. 
• Develop strong customer relationships to generate high volume of prospective clients. 
• Prepare reports, presentations, organizes centralized (or regional) photographic archives and prepares project lists (completed projects, projects in progress, specific experience, etc.) and other material needed for pre-qualification and other purposes. 
• Liaises with Regional BSD Managers, Business Development Officers, and/or other Department Officers, for collection of data and preparation of pre-qualification documents. 
• Compiles and submits pre-qualification exercises and other registration documents, as required under supervision and approval of the BSD Manager. 
• Maintains a central filing system keeps copies of pre-qualifications, and other submissions and registrations, as well as material needed for publicity and other promotional purposes. 
• Assists the Business Development Manager or Regional Business Development Manager in various daily tasks, clerical or involving paperwork, as may be required. 

Junior Maintenance Engineer 

• Compile of documentation of equipment problems and support from the maintenance team presented potential solutions to administrators 
• Assists the Maintenance Engineer Manager on site (wastewater treatment plant) with day-to-day office and operational duties 
• Work with the maintenance team on the evaluation of long-standing company machines to ensure continued viability and efficiency. 
• Reviewed company policies to ensure total compliance while on the job.
• Follow-up of Progress Documents on site (non-conformity, complaints, improvement)
