cloning, PCR, Transcription, RNA purification and characterization protein expression and purification
X-Ray crystallography, sm-FRET and Cryo-EM
By combining Cryo-EM with Single molecule FRET studies we anticipate characterizing the structure and dynamics of the RNA at different ligand concentrations.
Part of this project will be directed towards methods development, in which information of Single molecule FRET could be used to improve Cryo-EM particle classification.
