I am working as Data Analyst at Malinis Services ULC, Halifax.
❖ Co-led the successful migration of report generation from the operations department to the reporting team, resulting in streamlined processes and reduction in operational burden.
❖ Monitor the cost and efficiency of each department and produce weekly KPI reports for the
Board of Directors.
❖ Generate reports from Navis N4 production database to maintain the daily and weekly reporting needs of the Operations team.
❖ Create excel reports and dashboards from different data sources.
❖ Develop Power BI dashboards of the Terminal operations for the concerned stakeholders.
❖ Provide knowledge transfer to the client users and assist in the onboarding and training of new interns and employees in the reporting team.
