For more than 15 years, I have worked in operational leadership roles supporting public-facing services, teams, and complex workplace environments. My experience has included managing multi-site operations, leading unionized teams, overseeing health and safety responsibilities, and supporting employee concerns in environments where decisions have real impacts on people and organizations.
My background includes leading recreation and operational services, managing teams of more than 70 staff across multiple facilities, supporting complex workplace issues, and working in environments where service delivery, safety, and people considerations regularly intersect.
Organizations eventually reach decision points where the path forward is not always clear. Workplace concerns often involve competing perspectives, strained working relationships, operational pressures, and the need to move forward through a fair and practical process.
