Dylan Mayol

Hard working and fun undergraduate student with major experience in working with adults, and with grades K-12. If any mistakes are made, I am able to remain calm, as they will help me quickly learn and serve as a lesson learned. Including my great communication skills, I have organized and planned many events both inside and outside education, and enjoy getting along with others, especially maintaining positive relations with co-workers.

Trying new things is something I enjoy, regardless of the difficulty, which includes a variety of environments and new tasks to fulfill.

• Deal with the funds, and the flow of money within the club, especially how much to donate to each organization
• Donated money, and used communication, teamwork, and critical thinking to interview and decide which organizations would receive donations

• Tutor and aid students of differing skill levels, using different methods and skills to thoroughly work with them on various subjects
• Work in many environments, get assigned to different stations (kitchen, classroom, front door), and communicate successfully with others to smooth out processes

• Requires one to be attentive and think of other perspectives in order to solve problems quickly, and ensure that the kids are safe, happy, and cause little to no problems
• Plan and organize events, follow through and make quick adjustments for any problems, while maintaining a strict relationship between students
