Hi, with over 30 plus years of experience in the Warehouse industry- which includes but not limited to: Shipping, Receiving, Picking orders, load, unload items with A forklift pallet Jack or other means as needed. Check for proper paperwork, inspect item(s) for any visible damage, if there are damages take a photo immediately, let the delivery drivers know, make a note of it, then send all information to the proper personal. Put damaged item(s) aside and wait for further instructions. (Each company handles this issue differently.) Make sure all delivered items are put away in assigned areas.

All items are to be tagged and logged for easy and quick access and for inventory purposes. Keep warehouse and areas extremely clean and clutter free. Have a good relationship with delivery drivers, suppliers, employees, and all customers.

Keep fellow employees up to date on any issues in your areas. These are my standards. They are basic standards but when followed, it can help lessen the amount of confusion or mistakes. I take my job seriously and will expect others to do the same.

• Assist Receiving and Shipping items for inside and outside the shop and all yard.
• Maintain The outside yard so it stays clean, neat and clutter free, as well as inside of the shop.
• Bring in and take out any items requested by fellow employees.
• Make sure all the paperwork is complete and matches items being Shipped or Received. Tag items.

• Unload/Receive all incoming items. Check for proper delivery address, any damages, proper paperwork.
• Note any issues on all paperwork and notify proper personnel to any changes.
• Keep ares clean.
• Put away items in designated locations and update in the computer system.

• Take finished products out of buildings and put them in the appropriate place until ready for pickup.
• Receive any items that are for the company, find out where they belong.
• Check all paperwork to make sure everything is right.
• Note any discrepancies.
