I am an experienced and versatile professional with a strong background in leadership, skilled labor, and mechanical operations. Currently serving as a Finishing End Lead Hand at Louisiana-Pacific, I lead teams to maintain high production standards, efficiency, and safety. My previous roles at Strategic Aviation and Air North have further developed my leadership abilities, where I consistently took on supervisory responsibilities and led by example.

Mechanically inclined and hands-on, I excel in machine operation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. I’m a quick learner with a strong work ethic, always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to team success

Progressed through multiple roles, starting as a General Labourer and earning promotions through strong performance, leadership, and technical aptitude. Advanced to TWG Operator and Paint Technician before being promoted to Finishing End Crew Lead Hand. In my current role, I lead a team in the final stages of production, ensuring quality control, operational efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.

Known for being mechanically inclined, a fast learner, and a reliable problem-solver, I have contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and team development across all positions held.

I completed high school in the Philippines and continued my studies in Canada, completing Grades 11 and 12. I also completed Level 1 of the Construction Electrician program in Canada, which provided me with a strong foundation in electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction practices.
