Efren Fernandez

Ever since I was young, computer hardware and electronics have been my passion. I remember building my first computer in high school and seeing it boot for the first time, the sheer happiness of seeing all the fans whirl and the bios run was truly unforgettable. This passion and intrigue have pushed me to pursue electrical engineering at the University of Alberta, where I have been given an opportunity to garner a better understanding behind the working principles of these electronics.

Since the beginning of my electrical engineering journey, I have gained countless memories and friends as well as knowledge that I am always thankful for. I have also obtained any experiences throughout my internships and university courses which have allowed me to discover my true passion, IoT devices and embedded systems.

My professional experience thus far has been on Iot devices and electronic hardware.

I have just recently graduated with an Electrical Engineering Co-op degree from the University of Alberta.
