Elle is Creative Lead and Brand Strategist with an agency background. With 14 years in the design industry, Elle focuses on team building, creating user-centric experiences and meaningful identities.
My career began working as a designer in advertising in London, UK in 2008. My agency work involved working on some big brands such as The North Face, Barclays Bank, Land Rover and Budweiser. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in branding and have taken a strong interest in user experience. I currently lead a team of creatives and love working collaboratively with them to build brands. My ideal next role would be creative / brand lead in a in-house position.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, graduating from one of the UK's top 10 universities, Loughborough University.
Last year I took a leadership course at the University of Waterloo, Building Teams That Work.
I also took some UX/UI courses at the Interaction Foundation Design in 2021 to advance my design thinking.
