Main Responsibility: Design, Assess, and Implement network remote and onsite not limited to Local Area and Wireless Network, technology not limited to Cisco and Meraki. Overall responsible for Ernst & Young Network project design and implementation Delivery.

Handles

Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, Meraki Dashboard, Blue Cat IPAM Splunk, ServiceNow, Gluware, and SDWAN (Versa). Conducts technical assessment, vendor mgmt. Pre & Post validation, and Project mgmt. Conduct POC, design test and verification. On-call to assist team mate and other team.

Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, and Adelaide office, EOL refresh done remotely. Singapore - Onsite EOL Refresh Implementation, devices involved (Core and Access Switch’s, Access Points).

Philippines - Onsite Planning, Design, Implementation, and vendor management, devices involved (Data Center Core and Access Switch, Office Core and Access Switch’s, Access Points). New Zealand - Remote EOL Refresh design and implementation, devices involved (Core and Access Switch’s, Access Points). Seoul, Korea- Remote planning and vendor management, Onsite implementation and vendor management, EOL refresh devices involved (Core, Access switches, and Access Points).

Operations

• Escalation for network related issues from Network Operations team, standard documentation (NDR, configuration, BOM & Diagram).
• Lead the resolution on the escalated issue and identify and coordinate with relevant team and help address the issue.
• Create reference ticket for the alerts received and resolved issue. Conduct support to the end user’s and coordination with another team.
