I worked as a Personal Shopper in the Save-On-Foods E-comm department. My duties of this function included:
- Picking online customer orders. Verifying the availability of stock. Making suggestions for alternative items based on first-hand experience with products. Ensuring customers were receiving the freshest food options based on availability
- Used the computer terminal to verify successful payment process prior to releasing orders
- I would call people if there was an issue with their order and work collaboratively with them to ensure a positive customer experience
- Loaded customers vehicles with their purchases as the final step in the on-line order offering from Save-On-Foods

I worked in my high school’s bakery to achieve the mandated number of community hours. I would serve staff and students, clean the workspace, and stock the bakery display.
