• Picking online customer orders. Verifying the availability of stock. Making suggestions for alternative items based on first-hand experience with products. Ensuring customers were receiving the freshest food options based on availability
• Used the computer terminal to verify successful payment process prior to releasing orders
• I would call people if there was an issue with their order and work collaboratively with them to ensure a positive customer experience
• Loaded customers vehicles with their purchases as the final step in the on-line order offering from Save-On-Foods
