I have over 5+ years of experience in customer facing roles in a variety of industries (telecommunications, retail, restaurant and hospitality). In my previous positions at Jinya Ramen Bar and City Cannabis Co., I've managed and led teams of staff on the floor and assisted in inventory orders, handling cash pickups, and onboarding new hires.
Currently studying UX Design at DesignLab, with previous education in Health Sciences at Langara College. Prior to that, I've attended and graduated from David Thompson Secondary School.
