Despite my 16+ years of experience working on geotechnical engineering projects outside Canada, I lack Canadian experience. I met all requirements for becoming a Professional Engineer in Ontario, except for the one year of Canadian experience requirement.
I am a civil engineer who is goal-oriented and accomplished; I have a master's degree of applied science (theses option) in geotechnical engineering from Concordia University, Montreal Quebec, with a strong understanding of project management, and enterprise risk management, methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as exceptional abilities in launching and managing highly successful projects within budget, meeting business needs
With 16 years of experience in developing analytical models based on interpretations of field and laboratory testing for the selection of design parameters for shallow and deep foundations, lateral earth pressure and various shoring structures, interpret field, laboratory, and ground conditions to understand their impact on design and construction and determine appropriate construction and testing methods.
With excellent technical skill that applies to the construction of shallow, deep, and shoring structures, as well as anchors for shoring stability, and testing the alignment, depth, capacity, and integrity of piles by preparing and executing all pile tests, including Instrumented Compression Static Load, Tension Load, Lateral Load, Dynamic Load, Cross Hole Sonic Test, Integrity Test, and Caliper Log Test.
