• Actively led a team of four through a consultation project to investigate the technical, economic, environmental, social, and policy-related aspects of both conventional nuclear technology and small modular reactors 
• Maintained client relations through timely communications to keep them up to date on project progress
• Compiled an extensive report for the client detailing research findings
• Created and presented a comprehensive PowerPoint for the client summarizing the report

• Worked in a team of three to research the topic of securing the Northwest Passage by integrating climate change into Canada’s National Security Policy
• Drafted a policy memo for Global Affairs Canada which is to be published in the new year 

• Conducted intakes, follow-up interviews with injured workers, and research and analysis of records for potentially relevant legal documents
• Conducted extensive legal research on various occupational health and medical-legal issues 

• Conducted client intake and follow-up interviews, legal research and maintained summary advice files 
• Researched, drafted, and revised a submission for the House of Commons Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development Freshwater Study and research memorandum
• Supported CELA’s Lead-Free Drinking Water for All in Ontario campaign, with a particular focus on Northern and Indigenous communities

• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to boost the department’s efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with Ontario’s First Nation and Métis communities

• Developed strong research skills by conducting internal document review in the following areas: program participation, regional plans, presentations, databases, and funding opportunities

• Broadened conflict resolution skills to address program participation issues that arose

• Engaged Indigenous youth through ‘Impact of Energy’ art submissions and provided valuable insight from Community Energy Plans for First Nation Energy Symposium 2017
