My recent job was working as a Server at a Mother’s Day Event, at Comfort Inn and Suites, Bakerview Hall, Surrey from April 12th – April 24. I was responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests by greeting them, providing perfect seating per their requests, explaining food & beverage specials, and ensuring the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on guest tables periodically throughout the service time, and introducing them to their server. Also, I process food and drink orders over the phone and prepare them promptly.

I also worked in a Boat Cruise Party, in Surrey, where I provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. I have positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. I perform high-quality work while unsupervised. I can handle money accurately and operate in a point-of-sale system.

I am currently pursuing a Global Business Management program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I have a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Benin, where I graduated with Second Class Upper division in 2011. My educational background, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of serving customers, operations and management principles.
