Ereda Lenihan

My name is Ereda! I have 7 years of experience in related job positions surrounding customer service. I started working as a Receptionist and Administrator in 2015. I progressed into the Real Estate industry, initially starting in an Administration/Sales hybrid role and progressing into a managerial position in the leasing industry. I completed my RECA license shortly after and created a career helping consumers with selling/buying Residential Real Estate. Currently, I am looking for new career opportunities my current job position cannot provide. I am a team player. I am outgoing, dedicated, and open-minded. I believe that a person should work on developing their professional skills and learning new things all the time. I am very adept to change and positive criticism. I am seeking a new career opportunity with a company that will value my past experience and provide an opportunity for growth and stability.

My work experience began in a reception/administration position at a top dealership. This was my stepping stone into an opportunity to begin my career in real estate, in a hybrid role dealing directly with leasing. I performed administrative work as well as sales tasks. I excelled in my position, and was approached to move into a Resident Management position with another leasing company! The growth continued and I decided to further my experience and obtain further education by becoming licensed in Residential Real Estate.

Most recently I have obtained my Residential Real Estate License with RECA (The Real Estate Council of Alberta)
