I am an enthusiastic, responsible, and empathetic registered social worker (Hong Kong) with two years of experience in critical high-risk situations. Provided crisis intervention, suicide prevention support and one-off counseling services to over 900 callers who are experiencing an emotional crisis. C-SSRS risk assessment was conducted.
Utilized social resources to provide referral assistance to over 500 callers suffering from mental health issues, family conflicts, suicidal ideation and domestic violence.

Applied a story-telling approach for relationship building and maintain a long-term relationship. ● Utilized Satir model, solution focused approach and CBT to conduct and analyze the need assessment to plan counselling goals.
