In my previous role as Service Delivery Lead, I demonstrated my proficiency in driving IT initiatives, implementing robust infrastructure solutions, and managing complex systems. I led the successful deployment of enterprise-wide system upgrades and installs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Through effective communication and stakeholder engagement, I delivered projects on time and within budget, achieving key organizational objectives.

Furthermore, my technical expertise spans a wide range of IT domains, including Voice and Network architecture and support, Change and Problem management as well as some other system administration.
