I have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. I have worked in retail environments for more than six years as a young person.

Currently I am a college professor teaching communication skills at Sheridan College. Approximately 20 years ago, I worked in many retail environments and was commended for my excellent customer service skills.

I have a Master of Arts in English Literature.
