I have over 14 years combined work in the social services sector. I have strong oral and written communication skills, and proven ability to develop client, customer, and colleague relations. I have been empowered with several accolades and Awards in various professional positions. I have a positive attitude and an ability to motivate others when placed in leadership roles. I'm flexible and adaptable with great problem solving ability under pressure.

I've had a variety of experiences within the mental health and Addiction fields. I have done everything from work one-on-one with autistic children implementing programs from Bcba's and Bcaba's, to working with not criminal responsible clients in the forensic treatment even and preparing them to go back into the community. I've worked and counseled adults who dealt with severe diction issues, too being a youth pastor.

I'm qualified to handle most challenges and am continually moving forward in my education and career.
