Developed complete technical specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and preliminary budgets for HVAC systems (including AHUs, exhaust fans, and dehumidifiers) for multinational clients such as PepsiCo ($65k projects) and Ecofroz ($150k projects).

Managed the field installation of $300k in HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, condensers) and $240k in combined fire protection and cold water/drainage systems.
Calibrated and set up Air Handling Units specifically for critical laboratory zones, ensuring rigorous air pressure and quality requirements were met before final project handover.
