The experience brought me a great understanding of the effort it takes to organize lessons that align with the Alberta outcomes in elementary. My experience on this temporary teaching contact as a Gr. 1 teacher during a teachers sick leave gifted me with the skills for conducting a Gr. 1 level in an Elementary environment.
