Farzeen Panjwani

I am a computer science student at Wilfrid Laurier University. During high school, I chose diverse courses to explore what I want to pursue in future along with participating in leadership activities like my school’s student council. My courses were mathematics, data management, business, politics and computer science. Overall, I enjoyed solving complex equations in my mathematics class, along with some healthy debates in politics class.

As Information Technology has completely taken over humans, I was intrigued to acquire knowledge in the field of Computer Science. That is why I decided to pursue Computer Science in my university program. Moreover, as computer science involves mathematical components, I would love to challenge myself to explore more.

In the next five years, I see myself graduating in the field of Computer Science with working for an IT firm as a software developer/engineer. With both soft and hard skills, I would learn throughout my program; I would love to implement them in real-life situations.
