I spent 10 years teaching, mentoring, and supporting diverse learners, building strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and relationship-centred leadership.
I then transitioned into corporate Learning & Development, where you’ve worked for the past 3+ years as a Senior Advisor at BDC. In this role, I design and deliver learning programs, advise leaders and teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to strategic L&D initiatives.
