With over 25 years of varying levels of experience in the early years sector, I continue to be a passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator always looking to leveling up what is being offered to children. Mastering the ability to coach and mentor staff, as I ensured smooth operations of a childcare center. I learned various strategies on how to manage a staffing compliment as quaint as 2 educators up to 32 educators and childcare workers. Always eager to learn and gain efficient work habits, I like to work smart.
My experience started as a childcare cook for 65 children and has reached a high level of CEO at my current place of employment. Learned how to manage two positions at a time as the center supervisor/educator or a preschool/school age educator.
I am a graduate from the Early Childhood Education Program receiving a diploma from Sheridan College.
