I have a strong academic, professional, and extensive experience of over 16 years in the field of Oil and gas, construction, project management, risk management, project control, planning, scheduling, Estimating, budgeting, cost control, contracts and claims. I seek a challenging career that utilizes my technical and managerial skills and gives me a chance to grow. First-class analytical and problem-solving skills.

Having a good professional knowledge of project control tools such as Primavera P6 & P3, MS Project, Acumen Fuse etc.

I have over 16 years of total experience in the field of oil & gas, construction, project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, cost, estimation, and claims. I worked on several residential, commercial, industrial, heavy civil, hospitals, schools, and infrastructure projects with different international & national organizations in Middle East, Canada and my main job responsibilities includes:

• Manage project controls team
• Monitor and control project compliance in respect of the project's contractual obligations and organizational requirements.
• Create/ review Monthly reports to ensure adequate reporting.
• Provide executive management with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain cost control procedures, preparing project cost reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts 
• Project analysis and tracking to identify potential risk, validate forecast and communicate to the concerned stakeholder. 
• Implement change management process to capture associated cost and schedule tasks.
• Identify and maintain risk register 
• Provide training and Support
• Participate in Internal/ External audits related to project controls.

I am civil engineer graduate, have also done BSc in mathematics and physics. I am member of APEGA( Alberta professional Engineers and Geologist association) and PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council).
