Hi there, nice to meet you!
I'm always ready to take on new challenges, and I'm not afraid to expand my comfort zone. I'm naturally curious and versatile in my interests, with a critical mind and good organizational skills. I value tidiness and setting priorities. My good stress management enables me to work well under pressure and to multi-task. I find myself to be a charismatic and reliable person. I honestly love helping people and making sure they have a good time.
Collectively, I have 7 years of experience in customer service. My versatility has allowed me to work in a variety of fields, including service and hospitality; food service; administration, logistics and accounting; and arts and entertainment. Most of these positions required a bilingual person, in action and solution mode, which enabled me to excel in each field and adjust to any environment.
In the restaurant business, I served customers in fast food, pubs/bars, family restaurants and upscale restaurants. I've also catered private events organized by experts in the catering field. Whatever the venue, I always adapt to the atmosphere and service protocol.
In terms of coordination, I started as an F&B Coordinator for the terraces of the Hotel William Gray and then as an Emergency Coordinator for the Vieux-Port Steakhouse, a restaurant from the same group. I had to adapt quickly to the reservation requirements of one of Quebec's largest restaurants (maximum capacity of approx. 1000 people), while helping to establish procedures that were missing after the difficulties of the pandemic. I was able to carry out my tasks during my full-time studies, so I feel I have even more to offer now that my studies are over.
I have finished a collegial degree in Accounting and Management and have done my internship in the hospitality and restauration industry.
