I am a Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician graduate and certified and I have been working in Health care field for the last 16 years. I choose this field as I am passionate about learning and understanding how health functions our body and because there is nothing more rewarding than being able to provide help to those in need, to have the purpose to serve others and save/preserve life is the most amazing profession.

I am a hard working individual with great communication skills, great with people, I am also a team player and can work independently as well as a team. I have great knowledge in Phlebotomy, setting up laboratory equipment such as centrifuge, autoclave, incubator, staining for bacteria inoculation, run tests and pipetting to optimize samples.

Medical Laboratory Technician/Assistant at Holy Family Clinic during my placement. I am currently working as PSW at Cama Woodlands Long Term Care for about 12 years now. I also worked as a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise of Burlington Retirement Home for about 5 years.

I obtained Medical Laboratory Assistant/Technician at Anderson College of Health, Business and Technology, I studied PSW from Grand Health Academy in Hamilton as well as Midwifery program from the Philippines.
