About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist trained in both psychoanalytic psychotherapy and DBT, bringing together depth-oriented insight with practical skills-based interventions. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, with extensive clinical experience supporting clients with autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence as well as mood disorders, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, issues related to sexuality and gender and life transitions. My work is grounded in creating a safe, authentic and therapeutic space and I adapt my approach to each client’s cognitive, sensory and communication needs; integrating reflective exploration with concrete strategies for executive functioning.

I love the puzzle of figuring out how to best work with each individual person! Additionally I enjoy participating in peer consultation and I have an ongoing interest in evidence informed practice and professional development. On a personal note, I originally come from Aotearoa, New Zealand and have lived in Toronto for over 10 years - I recently became a Canadian Citizen.

In my spare time I enjoy writing and performing music, painting, drawing and spending time in nature.
