To whom it may concern,
They say motivation is never just enough and that is where discipline comes in play for the new discovery of what a person can accomplish when they put their mind to something long enough. I have been in the automotive sector for now over 10 years as I climbed the ladder with retail sales and most recently the subprime world. I started my career at the Dilawri automotive group where I excelled in my first year as a sales consultant only to be promoted from current Kia Canada Chief operating office Elias El-Achhab to a used car sales manager.
I took pride in all my roles and that showed until I received my next promotion of a General sales manager before leaving the group after 5 years and making my way over to sub prime working for one of the largest organizations in Canada called the 401 Auto Rv Group of companies.
I am a over achiever who leaves all distractions outside the office and puts the mind down to tackle and game plan so execution can be laid out with processes to be implemented. I gained versatyle finance experience from subprime and eventually became the director of finance as I held my position for 5 years at 401 Auto. I have taken all my retail and subprime experience to start a new subprime dealership with some mutual individuals I am connected with in the business and I am happy to say since January it has been approaching 11 months and we have a full blown operation that generates our own in house leads .
We have also laid down the full execution and saw first hand how to go from no office furniture and hand bombing bills of sales to onboarding crm's building our own pipelines for the sub prime sector etc.
